Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Regenerative Peptide, consultation appointments are reserved specifically for each patient. To ensure fairness and availability for all patients, we maintain the following cancellation and refund policy.
Consultation Appointments
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment cannot be guaranteed and may result in the loss of the consultation fee.
Cancellation Policy
Consultation appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a refund of the consultation fee or may be rescheduled.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows)
If a patient does not attend their scheduled consultation and has not provided at least 24 hours notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will be non-refundable.
Technical Issues
If technical difficulties on our side prevent the consultation from taking place, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear depending on your financial institution.
